Data collected and purposes
No data is collected without your knowledge. You only share information if you fill in a form.
- Contact form
- Name, email, phone, request type, information about your organisation, and message — to respond to your request.
- Newsletter sign-up
- Email address only — to send you the AtyKyPyk newsletter.
- Booking an appointment
- Name, email and the chosen slot — processed by the booking tool (see "Providers" below).
- Audience measurement
- Anonymised visit statistics — see the Cookies page.
On what basis
- Your consent, for the newsletter and audience measurement. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Your request, for the contact form and bookings: your data is only used to respond to it.

Who has access
Your data is intended for Céline THIAM alone. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
A few technical providers process it to run the site:
- the site's hosting provider (To complete : hosting provider's name);
- the email sending service (To complete : SMTP service name);
- the booking tool (To complete : Calendly or equivalent), which applies its own privacy policy;
- the audience measurement tool, if enabled (see Cookies).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@smartdemarche.com, specifying your request. You will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and forms are protected against automated submissions. Messages received are kept in a password-protected professional mailbox.
